The humbleness of the leader will allow to create the right climate so that his team comfortably shares his views according his open questions.
Benefits of assertiveness go beyond the apparent direct benefits. When we are assertive, not only we are expressing with clarity what we think and feel, we are generating in our interlocutors the confidence on the foreseeability of our speech.
Tool 1 – Empathy. To align objectives and motivate your team you have to know your people well, understand what moves them and why do they act as they do.
